Congratulations to Coreland Companies’ brokerage team, honored as the 2020 CREW SPIRE Award Winner in the Leasing category!

At a gala held Oct. 15 in Irvine, brokers Matt Hammond and Chris Premac were recognized for a 10-year deal that brought a 45,000-square-foot Hoag Health Center to Foothill Ranch (Calif.) Towne Centre.

With 300-plus industry professionals in attendance, the CREW OC SPIRE Awards celebrated returning to the stage after having to cancel the 2020 event. Winners for both 2020 and 2021 were honored for superior performance in various real estate categories.

Coreland’s Hoag Health Center lease deal backfilled a former Jo-Ann’s Fabrics store within the 1 million-square-foot Orange County power center. As one of the largest lease transactions of 2019, the deal brought one of the most innovative and comprehensive medical concepts making its way into retail commercial real estate. In addition, it successfully integrated a non-traditional use in a traditional power center, further emphasizing the community benefits of holistic, easy-to-access medical care.
