Vicky Hammond

Managing Principal

As Managing Principal, Ms. Vicky Hammond leads the 40+ professionals that make up the real estate management and leasing divisions of Coreland Cos. Responsible for more than 12 million square feet of retail real estate, Ms. Hammond guides the company’s operations, client services and corporate growth.

Committed to the principle that great companies are measured by strong, collaborative teams that share a mutual passion, Ms. Hammond works to ensure that services are guided by experienced senior leaders, real estate managers, brokers and accountants, working alongside skilled support team members. The collective team is bound by a common passion for retail commercial real estate that positively impacts our communities.

Ms. Hammond serves the industry through volunteer roles with ICSC, where she is the current Southern California/Southern Nevada marketplace council director overseeing all volunteers and activities in the region. The team leads ICSC’s largest membership base; has helped produce successful local and regional events, and has supported ICSC’s efforts in government relations, community partnerships, university advancement and member recruitment. In addition, Hammond is passionate about empowering young female professionals and encouraging student interest in retail commercial real estate, mentoring students annually through ICSC’s Foundation mentorship program, as well through Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

For her leadership, Ms. Hammond has been recognized among GlobeSt.com’s annual Retail Influencers and Women of Influence, Bisnow’s Southern California Women Leading Real Estate, the LA Times’ Orange County CRE Visionaries, and the Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Award Nominee.

She is an active volunteer in church ministries and school boards. She possesses a bachelors from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a masters from the University of Southern California, and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
