Rosa Kendrick is a Regional Real Estate Manager who oversees a portfolio of retail properties, as well as the operations of our Coreland Companies’ Brea office. Since joining the Coreland team in 2009, she has successfully managed a collection of assets positioned across Orange County and south Los Angeles.
Ms. Kendrick has effectively overseen the development and redevelopment of top quality assets such as Brea Plaza, Friendly Hills Marketplace, Sycamore Hills Plaza, 22 & Beach and Rodeo 39, New Haven Marketplace and The Groves Whittier. Her attention to detail and proactive management approach has enhanced the transitioning of each.
Ms. Kendrick is committed to ensuring that her client’s goals and objectives are being met efficiently. Among her management and operational responsibilities, she is responsible for vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management; financial analysis and reporting; operating budgets, and capital expenditure forecasting and procurement.
Prior to Coreland Companies, Ms. Kendrick served as an on-site building manager for an executive office building in Irvine, Calif. She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Fullerton and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
