Real Estate Manager Melissa Orosco oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial properties positioned throughout Los Angeles county. Featuring both urban and suburban retail centers, as well as a portfolio of industrial assets, Ms. Orosco and her team work closely with clients to meet the unique demands of each.

Within her portfolio, Ms. Orosco manages Mosaic, six urban blocks of retail in downtown Long Beach. The team’s collective efforts recently earned the property recognition as a Spirit of Downtown award winner presented by the Downtown Long Beach Alliance. The award recognizes individuals and organizations whose efforts have made a positive and transformative impact on Downtown.

Ms. Orosco previously served as asset manager for Shin Yen Management for four years prior to joining Coreland Companies. With Shin Yen, she oversaw signature California retail destinations such as The Dunes, a 365,000-square-foot shopping center in Marina, Palmdale’s 173,000-square-foot Amargosa Commons, and San Dimas Marketplace, a 154,000-square-foot regional center.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications with a business minor from Arizona State University and possesses a California Department of Real Estate salesperson license.
