Jake Winn joins Coreland Companies as Director of Real Estate Management, bringing with him a career of experience in retail development and management. He is responsible for providing leadership and oversight within Coreland Companies’ real estate management portfolios.
In previous roles, Mr. Winn supported key Southern California retail properties such as Long Beach’s 2nd + PCH and Hollywood’s Cinerama Dome complex. He spent six years as Development Coordinator and Property Manager for Robertson Properties Group, a legacy Southern California development team. With Robertson he managed the operations of nearly one million square feet of grocery-anchored, big box and neighborhood retail, as well as office and industrial properties.
Mr. Winn also spent time with the Development and Acquisition team of CenterCal Properties, as well as positions with GFI Development Company and Tishman Speyer Properties in New York.
Mr. Winn possesses a Master of Science in Real Estate from Pepperdine’s Graziado School of Business with a concentration in finance and investment. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
