Ezequiel Vazquez

Real Estate Manager

Real Estate Manager Ezequiel Vazquez possesses a decade of experience in the management of retail centers across Southern California. In his current role he is responsible for a portfolio of community shopping centers positioned in Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Since joining the Coreland team in 2022 as an assistant real estate manager, Mr. Vazquez has earned increasing levels of responsibility thanks to his professionalism, attention to detail and careful evaluation of all property matters.

Mr. Vazquez served as an assistant manager for retail and industrial properties at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services and LT Management Group in prior positions. With each of these teams he supported all functions of commercial real estate management, including the oversight of capital and tenant improvement projects. He has additional experience in retail leasing and tax preparation thanks to volunteer work with the Volunteer Income Tax Association.

Mr. Vazquez possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in business management with a minor in marketing from California State University Northridge. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license, and is an IRS-certified tax preparer.
