Dinny Shryock is a Real Estate Manager based in Coreland Companies’ corporate office in Tustin, California. With more than 25 years of expertise in all phases of property management, she has managed millions of square feet of commercial property during her career.
As a Real Estate Manager, Ms. Shryock oversees the management and operations for a retail portfolio located throughout the greater Orange County region. Her management responsibilities encompass all facets of real estate management, including physical operations, tenant relations, lease negotiations, budgeting, reporting and construction management.
Ms. Shryock is a well-respected professional and mentor recognized by clients and colleagues. Prior to her time with Coreland, she served as a Senior Property Manager for Equity Office Properties, successfully managing a 700,000 square-foot high-rise office portfolio, and over 140 customers. She also spent time with Spieker Properties as Operations Manager and was instrumental in growing the company from one million square feet to six million square feet. Ms. Shryock graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
