Alissa Dryer

Associate, Brokerage

As an Associate with Coreland Companies, Alissa Dryer specializes in retail tenant representation across Southern California.

Prior to joining Coreland, she represented a portfolio of retail clients with Springstead & Associates, including LA Fitness and Club Studio, Grocery Outlet, and WSS. She also worked with several local franchise restaurant chains, guiding site selection, lease negotiations, and market strategy. In addition, she partnered with municipal clients in Los Angeles County to advance retail brokerage initiatives and drive economic development opportunities.

Ms. Dryer also brings a strong background in appraisal and market research. As a licensed residential appraiser in Michigan, she managed an extensive client portfolio and prepared hundreds of valuation reports for residential and small income-producing properties throughout the Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit markets. Collectively, these valuations supported over $20 million in mortgage underwriting and investment decisions.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and leverages her combined background in valuation, research, and client services to deliver exceptional results for Coreland’s brokerage team and clients.
