New La Palma Retail Development Fully Leased

La Palma Gateway Center, an 8,000-square-foot newly-developed strip retail center in La Palma, is fully leased.

The center’s location proved to be a strong asset for personal services despite the challenges presented in 2020. It is positioned adjacent to a newly-remodeled drive-thru McDonald’s off of Carmenita Road and South Street/Orangethorpe Avenue, just south of the 91 Freeway.

“We are pleased with the increased leasing activity we have seen over the last few months,” shared Coreland Companies’ Matt Hammond. “This continues to be a challenging year for the entire retail industry, but there are solid opportunities available, and restaurants and services equipped to take advantage.”

New tenants include: The Coder School (1,050 sf), Anytime Fitness (4,828 sf) and The Eye Shoppe Optometry (2,025 sf).  The property was leased by Coreland Senior Associate Tim Muller and Hammond.
