Coreland Companies, one of Southern California’s leading real estate management and brokerage firms, has been awarded property management of The Triangle in Costa Mesa. The 200,000-square-foot institutional-quality asset expands Coreland’s existing management and brokerage portfolio of 10 million square feet positioned throughout Southern California.
“Greenlaw has done a tremendous job in revitalizing The Triangle since acquiring the property,” said Coreland Companies President Chris Hite. “We are very pleased to be working with them to further strengthen its value. It is our goal to effectively manage the property in a very personalized manner that best addresses the needs of this unique asset.”
The Triangle is a marquee entertainment and restaurant destination located at the end of the 55 Freeway. The property was original developed in 1992 as a shopping destination formerly known as Triangle Square.
Since Greenlaw’s acquisition, The Triangle has been dramatically repositioned to include key tenants such as 24-Hour Fitness, La Vida Cantina, Saddle Ranch Chop House, Tavern & Bowl, H2O Sushi and Black Knight. Established tenants Yard House and Sutra completed successful renewals earlier this year.
