We are looking for an experienced Property Coordinator for a portfolio of retail properties located throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties, and managed out of our Valencia office. The position requires excellent tenant and client service. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker; is detail-oriented with excellent organizational, administrative and follow-through skills; and possess relevant work experience.
Property Accountant – Tustin
We are looking for a skilled Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate has property accounting and reporting experience in retail commercial real estate, with proven ability to support the preparation of annual budgets and CAM reconciliations. Candidates must be familiar with MRI and/or Yardi, and possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate management or similar field.
