Coreland Companies Managing Principal Vicky Hammond was honored among GlobeSt.com’s 2024 Women of Influence as part of the annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference and Awards program held in Lake Tahoe. In its fifth year, the program celebrates the women driving the commercial real estate industry forward, spotlighting women in all facets of the industry.
Ms. Hammond was honored among Corporate Real Estate Executives which recognized professionals who manage real estate strategies, operations and decisions. Per GlobeSt.com’s criteria, these executives not only balance the organization’s needs and operational resources, but also serve as prominent forces behind major expansion, contraction and/or relocation decisions for some of the most active names in corporate America.
Responsible for more than 12 million square feet of retail real estate, Ms. Hammond is responsible for Coreland’s operations, client services and corporate growth. With a focus on best practices among its real estate management, accounting and leasing teams, Coreland’s consistent performance has led to continual year-to-year growth.
Ms. Hammond also serves the industry through volunteer roles with ICSC, where she is the current Southern California/Southern Nevada marketplace council director overseeing all industry volunteers and activities in the region. She is an annual mentor to undergraduate and graduate students, motivated to specifically encourage passion in the retail real estate industry
