Ahead of the event, we caught up with several retail experts to get a sense of what they’re most looking forward to—and what trends they’ll be tracking closely on the show floor.
Gregg Haverstick, enterprise managing consultant at RealFoundations, is particularly interested in the growing role of artificial intelligence. “I’m excited to hear about the continued impact of AI on helping attendees make data-driven decisions, especially at an event like ICSC where deal-making takes center stage,” he told GlobeSt.com. “It’s interesting to see how technology is helping people move faster and make smarter choices on the ground.”
For Matt Hammond, principal of brokerage at Coreland Companies, ICSC is all about connection and intel. “ICSC Las Vegas always provides the best platform to network and learn,” he noted. “Our primary focus is the marketing of our listings, as well as uncovering new opportunities.”
