Coreland Companies is proud to congratulate Matt Hammond for being recognized as a 2021 CoStar Power Broker. The annual award highlights the achievements of firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property leases in respective markets.
Hammond has been recognized with the honor for 10 consecutive years, and 15 of the last 16. Under Hammond’s leadership, Coreland collectively negotiated more than 110 deals in 2021 for more than 250,000 square feet of leased retail space.
Coreland’s brokerage team actively represents more than five million square feet across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire.
