Coreland’s Vicky Hammond Nominated for OCBJ’s Women in Business Awards

Coreland Companies Managing Principal Vicky Hammond has been selected as a nominee for the 2025 Women in Business Awards, presented by the Orange County Business Journal. The award celebrates leadership and achievements of extraordinary women across various sectors of the Orange County business community.

Winners will be revealed at an awards luncheon and program on Oct. 15 at the Irvine Marriott and highlighted by keynote speaker Annette Walker, President of City of Hope Orange County. All nominees are highlighted in this month’s Women in Business special report.

In addition to her role at the helm of Coreland Companies, Hammond has also actively served the commercial real estate industry through various volunteer positions with ICSC, the leading member organization for retail marketplaces. She is currently the Southern California and Southern Nevada Marketplace Council Director overseeing ICSC volunteers and activities in the region. Her influence, within her organization and in the industry has led to past recognition as GlobeSt.com’s Retail Influencers and Women of Influence; Bisnow’s Southern California Women Leading Real Estate, and the Los Angeles Times’ Orange County CRE Visionaries. She is an annual mentor to undergraduate and graduate students, motivated to specifically encourage passion in the retail real estate industry.
