Coreland Promotes Rosa Kendrick to Real Estate Manager

Kendrick’s new role will expand her portfolio of retail properties positioned across Orange County and south Los Angeles. Overseeing a mix of shopping centers as part of Coreland’s management team, she will continue to be responsible for client, vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management; financial analysis and reporting; operating budgets, and capital expenditure forecasting and procurement.

Kendrick joined Coreland Companies in 2009 as Property Coordinator and has advanced with escalating roles. Prior to Coreland, she served as an on-site building manager for an executive office building.

Kendrick possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Fullerton and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
