Coreland Promotes Danielle Gomez to Real Estate Manager

Coreland Companies, one of Southern California’s leading private management and brokerage firms, is pleased to announce that Danielle Gomez has been promoted to Real Estate Manager.

In her new role, Gomez will oversee the management and operations of grocery-anchored institutional assets. She is responsible for vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management; financial analysis and reporting; operating budgets, and capital expenditure forecasting and procurement.

Gomez joined Coreland Companies in 2007 as Property Coordinator and has advanced with escalating roles.

Gomez holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license, is involved with the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is working towards obtaining her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
