Coreland Companies, one of Southern California’s leading private management and brokerage firms, is proud to announce that Rosa Kendrick has been promoted to Regional Real Estate Manager.
Kendrick’s new role recognizes the contributions she has made on behalf of both private and institutional clients throughout her 15 years with Coreland Cos. In addition to effectively managing nearly 1 million square feet of premier retail properties in Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties, Kendrick has also successfully supported ground-up developments such as Ontario’s New Haven Marketplace, Whittier’s The Groves and Terraces at Walnut, among others. Her professionalism and expertise have earned her frequent recognition from clients and colleagues.

Kendrick first joined Coreland Companies as a Property Coordinator and earned increasing levels of responsibility, taking on the role of Real Estate Manager in 2017. She manages a team based in Coreland’s Brea office at Brea Plaza, for which they collectively provide on-site management.
