TUSTIN, CALIF. (Dec. 11, 2015) – Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that Judd Hietbrink has joined Coreland’s retail leasing team as Associate of Retail Brokerage. Hietbrink specializes in supporting the expansion efforts of national and regional retailers and restaurants throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
“We are very excited to add Judd to our team, expanding our reach and further enhancing the level of service we provide our clients,” said Coreland Director of Retail Brokerage Matt Hammond. “He will focus on supporting the expansion plans of the national and regional tenants he actively represents, as well as supporting and expanding our portfolio of property listings.”
Working closely with tenants to align their business plans with retail demands, Hietbrink’s client list includes fast-growing operators such as Maiselle’s Home Furnishings, Kimmie’s Coffee Cup, B. Candy and Cookie Connection, among others.
He has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2005. Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Hietbrink worked with Parker and Associates, Lee & Associates, and began his career franchising ZPizza and Firkin English Pub concepts.
Hietbrink earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, Calif. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
