TUSTIN, CALIF. (March 11, 2015) – Coreland Companies’ Matt Hammond and Ben Terry have been recognized among the top producing retail leasing brokers according to the recently-released 2015 CoStar Power Broker List by CoStar Group, Inc. Hammond has been recognized with the honor nine of the last 10 years, while Terry has earned the honor the past three years.
The annual award highlights the achievements of individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property leases in 2015 in the markets in which they are based.
Coreland’s brokerage team completed more than 130 transactions in 2015, averaging more than 32 retail lease deals per broker. The team represents nearly five million square feet across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
