(June 4, 2013) – Coreland Companies’ Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd, CCIM, CPM was honored as a nominee for the 2013 Orange County Business Journal Women in Business Awards on June 4 at a luncheon held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. The annual award recognizes the top professional women in Orange County who have made impactful contributions to their professions, industries and communities.
“Cheryl has been an invaluable addition to our Coreland leadership team,” said Coreland President Chris Hite. “We are proud of her accomplishments and believe that she is a great representative of successful women in commercial real estate.”

Under her direction, Cheryl’s teams have stabilized and expanded the company’s seven-million-square-foot portfolio of properties by approximately 20 percent.
“I have found Cheryl to be extremely proactive, conscientious and dedicated to the performance of our properties,” shared Michael Downes, Watt Companies Senior Asset Manager. “Working with her has been a very positive experience for us.”
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Todd has also helped shape the commercial property management industry through years of dedicated service and participation in the Orange County Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
“I could not have asked for a better team member and mentor while working with Cheryl in my role as President of IREM OC,” said Alison Sansone, PMRG General Manager and former IREM OC President. “Her insight was invaluable and helped the organization preserve the traditions and history while moving into the 21st Century.”
