Coreland Companies Brokers Three Transactions at Main Street Town Center, BOMA’s Outstanding Building of the Year

Main-Street-Town-CenterTUSTIN, CA (September 3, 2013) – Coreland Companies recently brokered three transactions at Main Street Town Center, a 10-story Class “A” office property in Santa Ana, Calif., owned and managed by The Muller Company. Coreland ‘s Steven Hogberg and Matt Hammond represented the owner in the transactions totaling $1 million in lease value. Coreland Associate Tim Muller represented two of the three tenants.

“The central Orange County office sector has been very busy in the first half of 2013,” said Hogberg, Coreland’s Senior Vice President of Brokerage. “In addition to these transactions, we have seen a significant increase in activity at Main Street Town Center and expect to finish the year on a very positive note.”

New tenants signed to the property include C.E. Pickup Company, Inc., a design and supply company of noise reduction products, which will occupy 1,225 square feet; the Law Offices of Richard A. Torres which has leased 2,520 square feet; and Fontes Figueroa Law Group taking 3,350 square feet. Both law firms were represented by Muller, and C.E. Pickup was represented by Ron Channels of Curtis & Associates.
