Coreland Companies Brokers Lease with UFC Gym in Corona

TUSTIN, CA (December 18, 2013) – Coreland Companies brokered a lease with UFC Gym for 9,454 square feet at Main Street Village, located off East Ontario Avenue and South Main Street in Corona, Calif. Coreland’s Ben Terry and Matt Hammond represented the landlord, C-III Asset Management, and tenant in the transaction totaling over $1.5 million in lease value.

Main-Street-Village_24HourUFC signed a 10-year deal, replacing a former 24-Hour Fitness Express space that had been vacant for nearly two years. UFC is expected to open in January 2014.

“The addition of UFC Gym to Main Street Village dramatically enhances the vitality of this neighborhood shopping center,” said Terry, Coreland Companies Associate of Retail Brokerage. “As a result, we were able to secure lease extensions with existing tenants It’s A Grind, Submarina and Yogurtland.”

Main Street Village is a 20,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center centrally located in the heart of Corona.
