Commercial Property Executive (CPE) released its annual listing of the nation’s Top 30 Commercial Property Management Firms, with Coreland Companies landing at No. 20 for 2026.
Combined, the 30 firms on the list oversaw nearly 13.5 billion square feet of income-generating properties in 2025. The bulk, more than 12.7 billion square feet, were managed on a third-party basis, while owned commercial properties accounted for 284.6 million square feet.
CPE’s ranking is calculated using a weighted formula based on a variety of factors, including the total square footage under management, portfolio occupancy, growth over the years, and presence across property sectors, among others. The ranking represents a logical balance among firm growth, market share and property diversity.
