As Associate on Coreland Companies’ retail leasing team, Mr. Ryan McCone focuses on landlord representation with an emphasis on multi-tenant shopping centers. He supports all efforts of the brokerage team including market research, tenant outreach and business development.
Mr. McCone got his start in commercial real estate as a real estate development intern with JR Watson & Associates Development Company. His experience at JR Watson included managing tenant relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and engaging with property management and construction teams.
In addition to JR Watson, Mr. McCone also served as an intern at Coreland Companies prior to graduation. During this period he collaborated with all real estate departments, including leasing, accounting and property management.
Mr McCone is a member of ICSC and NAIOP, and plays an active role in Coreland’s membership in the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). With RBN he currently serves on the Landlord Rep Council to bring together thought leadership for the member organizations.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
