Rita Ryno Promoted to Real Estate Manager

(May 28, 2014) – Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that Rita Ryno has been promoted to Real Estate Manager.  Ryno has relocated to the Corona office where she will manage a portfolio of commercial developments accounting for nearly one million square feet throughout the Inland Empire.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Rita for more than 10 years in previous positions,” said Coreland Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd, CPM, CCIM.  “She has always proven to be an extremely proactive and knowledgeable real estate manager. She was a tremendous asset to the Pasadena team and we are looking forward to the positive impact she will make in this new role.”

Ryno has been active in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 20 years. She first joined Coreland as Assistant Real Estate Manager in Pasadena where she supported a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties, including a number of distressed assets, positioned across Los Angeles County.

Prior to joining Coreland, Ryno served as a real estate manager for CBRE and Pannatoni Development Company. She also held previous positions with Catellus Development Corporation and Zelman Development Company. This diverse experience has given her a breadth of expertise that includes the successful management of client and tenant relations; vendor coordination, lease administration, property marketing, and budgeting.

Ryno holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license and is a certified Notary Public.
