Q4-Retail-RoundupThe Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire markets did not experience much change in Q4, 2014. Vacancy rates remained stable with the exception of the Inland Empire which dropped to 7.8% from 8.3%. Overall, the year’s close was positive, solidifying the strength of the Southern California market with vacancy rates far below the 6.1% national average.
