Q3-Retail-RoundupMarket fundamentals remain positive across Southern California at the close of the third quarter. Vacancy rates continue to decrease in Orange and Los Angeles counties, and remain stable throughout the Inland Empire. Los Angeles County saw significant net absorption alongside the delivery of more than 700,000 square feet of new construction. Largest leases signed included the likes of Orchard Supply Hardware, LA Fitness, 24-Hour Fitness, Walmart Neighborhood Market and newcomer to the market, Star World.
