Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that Jan Harder recently stepped into the role of Real Estate Manager. Ms. Harder, who possesses 30 years of real estate management experience, oversees a portfolio of commercial properties positioned throughout Orange County.
Over her 30-year professional career, Ms. Harder has garnered experience at all levels of retail property ownership, management and leasing. She spent 10 years as a Senior Manager with Shelter Bay Retail Group in Northern California where she oversaw 1.1 million square feet of community and neighborhood retail shopping centers. Her oversight included major repositioning, redevelopment and construction projects.
She most recently asset managed a portfolio of neighborhood shopping centers for Argonaut Investments across the Pacific Northwest, as well as a diverse family investment portfolio for H Squared Investments.
Ms. Harder possesses a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license and is a certified Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Management Institute (BOMI).
