Property Management Class Kicks off at Cal State Fullerton, Cheryl Todd Serves as Guest Speaker

CSF-Tour_1California State University Fullerton introduced a newly-developed Property Management course this semester as part of the curriculum offered through the Mihaylo School of Business. The class, developed in conjunction with the Orange County chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM OC), is being taught by Professor Michael LaCour-Little and will features a number of guest speakers and shadow days throughout the term.

CSF-Tour_2On Monday, Coreland Companies Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd hosted the class at Brea Plaza, a Coreland-managed property since 2006. Todd, a Cal State Fullerton alum, presented the history of the property and the transitions that have taken place, including the major expansion and repositioning effort that converted the site into one of Brea’s premier shopping destinations. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and tour the site with Todd and on-site manager Rosa Kendrick.
