We are proud to announce that Coreland has been awarded property management and leasing of Tustin Square Shopping Center, a 66,816-square-foot neighborhood shopping center and collection of office suites located along Tustin Street in Orange.
This long-time family-owned property features 44,930 square feet of street-facing retail, including a Wienerschnitzel/Tastee Freez pad, Darya Restaurant and Turner Outdoorsman. Twenty-one thousand square feet of office suites are positioned on west of the retail center.
The property will be managed by Rosa Kendrick and property coordinator Laura Collins. Judd Hietbrink and Matt Hammond will handle the retail leasing assignment.
