We are proud to share that Coreland Companies has been awarded the real estate management of Village Center, a 10-acre redevelopment of a nearly-vacant Garden Grove/Stanton shopping center along Beach Boulevard and Garden Grove Boulevard. The center, originally developed in 1980, once hosted an Edwards movie complex, Ralphs, Sav-On and multiple sit-down restaurants before beginning to decline in the mid-1990s.
Among the enhancements, two drive-thru pad buildings will be added. All retail building facades will be renovated and an inline dining marketplace with patio will be integrated. Adjacent to the retail center will be the addition of an 11-acre residential development.
