We are proud to share that Coreland Companies has been awarded the real estate management of Sycamore Hills Plaza, an 81,500-square-foot ground-up shopping center on the border of Upland and Claremont. The new development, which broke ground in 2016, is part of the new master-planned community of Sycamore Hills.
Sycamore Hills Plaza will be anchored by Whole Foods 365, the brand’s first location in the Inland Empire. Co-anchor CVS and national tenants such as Starbucks, Orangetheory Fitness, MOD Pizza, Jersey Mike’s, WaBa Grill, Supercuts and others will open throughout the first two quarters of 2018.
