Located at the intersection of Highway 111 and Highway 74, Palms to Pines is positioned directly across from Westfield Mall Palm Desert and sits along the busiest commercial corridor in the Coachella Valley. The property is anchored by a recently-opened Smart-and-Final and Chase Bank. It also features a selection of local restaurants, salons and medical offices. Coreland Companies previously managed and leased the property for a former ownership group from 2009 through 2011.
