The Orchard Shopping Center is located along the main commercial corridor of Tehachapi (population 14,000), off the 58 Freeway and 45 miles North of Lancaster in Kern County. It features a stable tenant lineup of neighborhood-serving retailers including Big 5, Family Dollar, Subway and Del Taco.
