We are proud to share that Coreland Companies has been awarded the real estate management of Main Street Crossroads, a 105,420-square-foot redevelopment of a former Kmart Center. The new center is positioned along the City of Corona’s Main Street redevelopment corridor.
Anchored by a 37,500-square-foot Chuze Fitness and 19,000-square-foot Aldi, the center also features a Wendy’s pad and 6,000 square feet of inline retail. Chuze opened to the public at the end of January and Aldi is expected to celebrate its grand opening in April.
