460 North Canon is a single-story building that hosts a collection of sophisticated retail, service and restaurant tenants such as Il Tramezzino, Drybar, Yoshi Hair Studio and Valerie Beverly Hills. The property is a recent acquisition of an existing management client. The property will be managed by Sharon Shifflett and her team of Danielle Verdi and Maria Villicana.
