Listings of the Top Property Management companies across the Greater Los Angeles region were recently released by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) and San Fernando Valley Business Journal (SFVBJ). Coreland ranks sixth and eleventh, respectively.
According to the LABJ, firms are ranked by total square footage of commercial properties managed in LA County, both overall and within the retail segment. Coreland has been among the county’s Top 10 retail managers for the last decade, ranking sixth in 2015 and 20th overall.
Within the Greater San Gabriel Valley, which is bordered by Antelope Valley to the north, Simi and Conejo Valleys to the south, Camarillo to the west and Glendale to the east, Coreland ranks 11th according to the SFVBJ.
Coreland manages a diverse portfolio of properties positioned across Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Teams are based in Santa Clarita, Pasadena, Corona, Brea and Tustin.
