Executive Bios

Chris Hite is one of the founding Principals of Coreland Companies. He has
an extensive background in commercial property management, having managed
directly or indirectly over 75 million square feet of office, retail, and
industrial property throughout Southern California.
As President of Coreland Companies, Mr. Hite is responsible for directing
the daily operations of the company, which include oversight of the three
principal divisions of the company, property management, leasing/sales, and
finance. In addition, Mr. Hite coordinates client relations, marketing and
public relations for the firm.
Prior to forming Coreland Companies in 1989, Mr. Hite was Director of Property
Management for a West Coast based, retail property owner of power, community,
specialty and neighborhood centers located throughout Central and Southern
California. In this capacity he supervised a division responsible for 6 million
square feet of retail property.
Mr. Hite has a degree in Business Administration and Business Entrepreneurship
from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Shopping
Center Manager (CSM), and holds a California Department of Real Estate
Salesperson license. He also teaches regularly for the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is the current ICSC State Operations Chair for Southern California. |

Patrick Galentine is one of the founding Principals of Coreland
Companies. As Executive Vice President, his primary responsibilities include procuring equity
and debt financing, strategic planning, developing acquisition
and disposition strategies, as well as asset management and leasing
plans for commercial property owners.
He has directed the management of over 50 million square feet of
commercial property throughout California and has acted as a State
Court Receiver on more than 250 matters.
Prior to forming Coreland Companies in 1989, Mr. Galentine was
responsible for the management and operations of a 5 million-square-foot
portfolio of retail properties located throughout Southern California.
He has a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Investments from the
University of Southern California and holds a California Department of
Real Estate broker license. He is currently on the Building Owners Managers
Association (BOMA) Orange County Advisory Board, and is formerly the
Southern California Operations Chairman-Orange County for the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Galentine is active in a variety
of charitable organizations in Southern California.

Laurie Sneve is Chief Financial Officer for Coreland Companies. She joined the team in 2007 with more than two decades of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting. In her capacity as CFO, Ms. Sneve is primarily responsible for overseeing all property and corporate finance operations, including financial planning, commercial property financing, IT, human resources and corporate operations.
Prior to joining Coreland, Ms. Sneve was CFO for Argus Realty Investors, LP in San Clemente, California where she improved financial reporting to senior executives, developed the company’s operating budget and negotiated terms and pricing of the company’s acquisition line of credit.
From 1995 to 2006, Ms. Sneve served as the Vice President, Controller and a member of the executive team at Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc. in Vista, California, a publicly traded REIT, which grew to $2 billion in assets during her tenure. Before Pan Pacific, Ms. Sneve spent 6 years as Internal Audit Manager and Controller/Director of Accounting for The Hahn Company in San Diego, California.
Ms. Sneve earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Steven Hogberg is the Senior Vice President Leasing/Sales for Coreland Companies.
In this capacity Mr. Hogberg has direct responsibility for the entire Leasing
and Sales division, which includes a staff of 10 leasing and sales professionals
and administrative support. The division negotiates and closes more than 300
commercial transactions per year, and is responsible for representing
institutional and private commercial property owners in providing commercial
leasing, investment sales, due diligence, and consulting on projects throughout
Southern California. He is based in the firm's corporate office located in Tustin,
CA.
Mr. Hogberg has supervised and/or directly leased more than 1,000 commercial
projects totaling in excess of 25 million square feet, and has been involved
in thousands of commercial lease and sales transactions. His experience provides
Coreland Companies with a successful track record of strategically marketing
commercial property in Southern California for an extensive and varied clientele
base.
Prior to joining Coreland Companies in 1994, Mr. Hogberg had a successful 10-year
career in commercial real estate brokerage including achieving "Top Producer"
honors in 1991, 1992 and 1993 as a broker with the Office Division of Bishop Hawk
of Southern California.
Mr. Hogberg graduated from the University of Southern California in 1984 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate, and holds
a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license. He is also an active
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Cheryl Todd is the Vice President of Real Estate Management for Coreland Companies. She oversees all aspects of Coreland Companies’ Real Estate Management division, and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. Ms. Todd has more than 20 years of real estate management experience and has managed more than $1.3 Billion in office, industrial and retail properties during her career.
Previous to joining Coreland Companies in late 2006, Ms. Todd was the Vice President, Market Officer for Prologis in Ontario, California, a real estate investment trust (REIT) with market capitalization of $11.58 billion, where she was responsible for a $300 million portfolio of office and industrial properties. Prior to Prologis purchasing Catellus Development Corporation (a REIT) in September 2005, Ms. Todd served worked for Catellus for over 12 years and most recently served as Vice President, Asset Management. In this position, she was responsible for a $700 million portfolio consisting of 11.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in Southern California and Arizona, led the department in tenant retention ratio as a result of her customer service skills, and achieved 70% reduction in re-tenanting costs by effectively managing tenant move-out process.
Ms. Todd has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University at Fullerton and holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker License. She also is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager®, the designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
