Coreland Companies Matthew Hammond Represents Landlord in 20 year Lease

TUSTIN, CA (December 21, 2007) Tesco Stores West Inc. has signed a 20-year lease at the Anaheim West Shopping Center, where its Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market division has moved into 15,393 square feet. The 20-year deal is valued at almost $5 million.
Blaine Bush of Strategic Retail Advisors handled the deal for Tesco, while Matthew Hammond of Coreland Companies represented the landlord, MJD Investments.
The 80,000-square-foot shopping center, located at 3150-3170 W. Lincoln Ave. in Anaheim, was constructed in 1986 and is undergoing a major renovation.
"Fresh & Easy is the perfect tenant to kick off our re-tenanting at the center," stated Steven Hogberg, a senior vice president of Coreland's leasing and sales division. Coreland is currently in lease discussions with four other national tenants, Hogberg also said.
