TUSTIN, CA (July 9, 2004) – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its Leasing / Sales division negotiated two leases at Towne Center Plaza in Valencia. Just Us Girls and The Men’s Room, offering upscale apparel for women and men, signed a five-year lease, valued at $290,000, for 1,571 square feet. McBean Coffee House signed a five-year lease, valued at $280,000, for 1,250 square feet. Valerie Camacho of Coreland Companies in Valencia represented the lessor, Valencia Center Towne Plaza LP, and both tenants in the transactions.

Located in the heart of Valencia, Towne Center Plaza is a 28,000-square-foot high-end, specialty center leased and managed by Coreland Companies. Just Us Girls opened in the last week of June and McBean Coffee House is scheduled to open in September, 2004.
