Coreland Companies Represents Buyer & Seller in Sale Transaction in Costa Mesa Business Park

TUSTIN, CA (June 15, 2004) – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced today that it represented both parties in the sale transaction of a 5,306-square-foot office/light industrial building located at Cambridge Park in Costa Mesa, Calif. The building is located at 3505 Cadillac Avenue, Suite G-5 and is part of the 220,000-square-foot business park. The purchase price was $716,500.

Steven Hogberg and Bryan Bauer of Coreland Companies in Tustin, represented the buyer, Richard Bauer, 1988 Bauer Family Trust, and the seller, Cambridge Park Partners.

According to Vice President Leasing and Sales Steven Hogberg, “Coreland has represented Cambridge Park for over 10 years and we were able to utilize our market presence and in-depth knowledge of the industrial real estate market to identify and quantify this opportunity for our client. The demand for small industrial buildings is very strong and this building had an offer on it before it was ‘officially’ on the market.” The buyer plans to occupy 50% of the building and lease the remaining portion.
