Coreland Companies Recently Awarded 240,000 SF in Management Assignments in the 1st Quarter

Coreland has added 3 Million SF in 12 months

TUSTIN, CA (April 13, 2004) – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that in the last 90 days it has been awarded more than 240,000 square feet in new management assignments in Southern California including the management assignment for Beverly Hills-based Lambert Smith Hampton’s newly acquired nine-story office tower in downtown Pomona.
 Lambert Smith Hampton acquired the 130,000-square-foot, 45% vacant office tower at 300 S. Park Avenue in mid-March. Currently, the building is the tallest building in downtown Pomona and is occupied primarily by healthcare related tenants, including Pomona Hospital.

Hopkins Real Estate Group in Newport Beach awarded Coreland Companies with management assignments for two of its neighborhood shopping centers in Santa Clarita, Seco Canyon Village and Highridge Crossing. Seco Canyon Village is located at the southwest corner of Seco Canyon Road and Copperhill Drive and is anchored by Sav-on. Highridge Crossing is located at the northeast corner of Newhall Ranch Road and Copperhill Drive and is anchored by Office Depot.

Coreland Companies was also awarded the management contract for a freestanding, multi-tenant 12,495-square-foot building at The Village at Birch Street Promenade in Brea. Over the last two quarters, Coreland has been awarded several management and leasing assignments for the mixed-use project. The project also includes a 31,000-square-foot retail center anchored by Ann Taylor Loft, Bath & Body Works and Chico’s, and 30 residential loft units.
