TUSTIN, CA (April 1, 2004) – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its leasing / sales division was awarded seven new retail leasing assignments in Southern California during the first quarter of 2004 including Tyler Village in Riverside, Uptown Whittier Center in Whittier, a portion of Birch Street Promenade in Brea, Euclid Plaza in Anaheim, Ballhurst Plaza in Azusa, and two Nationwide Expo sublease assignments in Santa Ana.

Hogberg also reports that Tyler Village, a 91,500-square-foot shopping center located on Indiana Avenue in Riverside, will soon commence with a major renovation and has space available for a 20,000- square-foot anchor as well as a 12,000-square-foot user, plus some inline and pad space. “The new owners have hired Coreland to reposition the center. With excellent freeway vibility from the Riverside (91) Freeway, Tyler Village offers strong demographics, freeway signage and nearby tenants that include Target, PETsMART, Barnes & Noble, Sports Chalet and Sportsmart and is a perfect location for expanding retailers,” notes Hogberg.
