TUSTIN, CA (July 1, 2004) – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced today that in the last 60 days it has been awarded management contracts for three shopping centers in Southern California. This announcement comes on the heels of the recent opening of Coreland’s new office in Valencia. In Dana Point, Coreland Companies was awarded the management assignment for Monarch Bay Plaza, a 269,961-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Crown Valley Parkway. The newly remodeled shopping center, owned by The William J. Cagney Trust, is anchored by Gelson’s, Sav-on and Salt Creek Grill. Maad Okko, Ltd., based in Laguna Hills, CA, awarded Coreland the management assignment for its Riviera Shopping Center located at Telephone Road and Eastman Avenue in Ventura. The 265,000-square-foot community center is anchored by Mervyn’s, Burlington Coat Factory, Chuck E. Cheese and Mann’s Theatre. In Valencia, Coreland was awarded the management assignment for Cinema Park Shopping Center, a 32,400-square-foot speciality retail located at 23300 Cinema Drive. Owned by a private party, Cinema Park is anchored by Chorus Line and Stone Fire Grill.
