With 20 years of comprehensive property management and financial experience, Erika Griggs serves as VIce President of Finance for Coreland Companies. She supports the Real Estate Management division and oversees all property accounting operations from Coreland’s corporate office in Tustin, California.
Ms. Griggs’ responsibilities include oversight of all financial functions of a property, including monthly reports, annual budgets, CAM reconciliations and audits. She manages a team of accounting and real estate personnel that supports each management team. In addition, Ms. Griggs is also an integral part of Coreland’s transitions team, working through all levels of due diligence to ensure the smooth transfer of real estate management into Coreland’s operating systems.
In previous roles at Coreland Companies, Ms. Griggs served as Senior Real Estate Analyst, as well as Real Estate Manager. In this role she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of retail and office properties, totaling 500,000 square feet and located throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties.
Ms. Griggs possesses a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business Administration from University of Southern California. She holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
