Coreland Promotes Daisy Nguyen to Regional Real Estate Manager

Coreland Companies, one of Southern California’s leading private management and brokerage firms, is pleased to announce that Daisy Nguyen has been promoted to Regional Real Estate Manager.

“Daisy has executed her work professionally to earn the respect of her colleagues and our clients,” said Coreland Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd.  “She has met the challenges presented to her and proven to be a skilled manager. We are looking forward to what is yet to come in her new role.”

Nguyen recently expanded her portfolio of retail properties positioned across Los Angeles County. She now oversees nearly 1 million square feet of neighborhood shopping centers and strip retail centers on behalf of both private and institutional clients. She remains responsible for client, vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management; financial analysis, forecasting and procurement.

Nguyen joined Coreland Companies in 2008 as Real Estate Manager. Prior to Coreland, she spent six years with Davis Partners working on behalf of Walton and Blackstone. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Long Beach and holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license.
