Since joining Coreland in 2017, Premac has expanded his portfolio of listings to include a variety of neighborhood centers, mixed-use developments and power centers positioned throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Amidst the Pandemic, Coreland collectively negotiated more than 100 deals in 2020 for more than 200,000 square feet of leased retail space.
