TUSTIN, CALIF. (March 26, 2014) – Coreland Companies has been named among Orange County’s Top Leasing Firms according to the recently-released 2013 CoStar Power Broker List by CoStar Group, Inc. The annual award highlights the achievements of firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property leases in 2013 in respective markets.
Coreland Companies’ Steve Hogberg, Matt Hammond and Ben Terry were all honored on the list of top producing retail leasing brokers, marking the first time Coreland has had three named to the annual list of Top 15. Hammond has earned the recognition in Orange County seven of the last eight years.

Coreland’s brokerage team completed more than 175 transactions in 2013, averaging more than 21.4 retail lease deals per broker. The team represents more than 4.5 million square feet across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
