Coreland Companies is proud to congratulate Matt Hammond for being recognized as a 2020 CoStar Power Broker. The annual award highlights the achievements of firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property leases in respective markets.
Hammond has been recognized with the honor for nine consecutive years, and 13 of the last 14. As a team, Coreland collectively negotiated more than 100 deals in 2020 for more than 200,000 square feet of leased retail space.
Coreland’s brokerage team actively represents more than five million square feet across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
